    Characterizing Microglia Activation States

    Characterize the Functional Role of TMEM119 in Microglia Activation

     

    Visualize plaques and microglia, as seen in this amyloid mouse model of Alzheimer's disease. Fluorescent imaging with TMEM119 (E4B9S) Mouse mAb #98778 (red) reveals lower expression of TMEM119 in the amyloid plaque surrounding the microglia. GFAP (E4L7M) XP® Rabbit mAb  #80788 (green) labels astrocytes.

    β-Amyloid (D54D2) XP® Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate  #42284 completes the panel by staining plaques in this mouse brain sample.
