A winding graphical representation of interactions between proteins and chromatin

Webinar: Chromatin Profiling Just Got Faster with CUT&Tag

CUT&Tag (Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation) is a novel chromatin profiling technique that utilizes pAG-Tn5, a primary antibody, and a secondary antibody to unravel protein-DNA interactions across the genome. Unlike ChIP-seq, CUT&Tag does not rely on immunoprecipitation, requiring significantly fewer cells or tissue per individual assay. It also has an inherently lower background than ChIP-seq, so each sample does not have to be sequenced as deeply, and it is possible to include more samples in your next-generation sequencing (NGS) flow cell lane.

When compared to ChIP-seq, CUT&Tag delivers:

  • Time-savings: ~50% faster chromatin profiling
  • Sample-savings: ~40-fold less sample required
  • Cost-savings: ~2M sequencing reads required per sample

Join our free webinar followed by live Q&A, where you will learn:

  • How CUT&Tag works and its benefits.
  • What to consider when deciding between CUT&Tag and CUT&RUN for  your specific experimental needs.
  • How CST ensures the performance of all CUT&Tag kits, reagents, and antibodies so you can generate consistent, reliable, and reproducible results.

Who should attend this webinar:

  • Researchers interested in learning more about CUT&TAG
  • Researchers who look at gene regulation and have a limited volume of samples
  • Researchers looking to reduce time spent on DNA library preparation
