DOWNLOAD TECH NOTE | Visualize global collagen in tissues using a hydroxyproline antibody

Download this tech note to see how the CST hydroxyproline antibody could support your fibrotic disease and cancer research.

Classical hydroxyproline assays used to determine collagen content in tissues are technically challenging and labor-intensive. Now, the CST  hydroxyproline antibody allows for species-independent detection of global collagen in FFPE tissues by routine IHC. It is easily combined with other antibodies for multiplexed visualization of collagen alongside other markers of interest, making it ideal for fibrotic disease research and investigating conditions such as NAFLD and NASH, as well as for studying the tumor micro-environment.
